Return & Exchange Policy – Seven Stores

We want you to love what you receive! If you are not satisfied or received the wrong size, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
 
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability
 
Damaged/incorrect product: Unboxing video is mandatory
 
Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return/exchange
 
How to Request:
 
Contact our support with Order ID and issue details
 
We will arrange a reverse pickup
 
After quality check, an exchange or store credit will be issued
