Return & Cancellation Policy: Seven Stores
 
Once your return is approved:
 
Prepaid orders → Refund will be credited within 5-7 working days to the original payment method
 
COD orders → Refund will be issued as store credit/wallet credit only
 
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
If you receive a damaged product, please report within 24–48 hours with a valid unboxing video.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
 
Once an order is shipped → cancellation is not possible
 
(You may still apply for a return/exchange after delivery)
